Aves One takes over European Rail Rent

Takeover in the market of wagon keepers in Germany: The Aves One AG takes over the wagon keeper ERR Rail Rent Vermietungs GmbH by 100% und ERR Euopean Rail Rent by 33%. For the total acquisition costs of 33,5 millions the fleet increases by 3.881 wagons to a total number of 4.212.

European Rail Rent GmbH is user of the logistics software ECHO and our customer since 2005.
